Or, perhaps, Funny Sister Karma.
Every couple of months, Kathy and I serendipitously dress alike, or as near alike as our wardrobes can accomplish. Since we work in the same office (different groups, opposite sides of the building, but same basic space), this causes great amusement among our colleagues.
Well, today was one of those days (black capris and pink-ish shirts).
Now, ordinarily when this happens we just go with the flow, and laugh along with everyone else (it's NEVER planned, always just happens). Today, though, we're not only going to be at work together, but will then go straight to dinner with our Uncle Gilbert, and THEN to a dress rehearsal for the small ensemble Kathy sings with (I'm ringing for their show tomorrow night).
Sorry, but that's just too much twinsies.
So, since I had other errands to run at lunch, and since I wanted to run home and find my wireless card so I can use my laptop at work, I said I'd change my shirt (I now have a green shirt on).
But the truly funny shirt karma? I started to wear the shirt I NOW have on today, but decided for unrelated reasons that this was not the day to wear it. Well, the joke's on me -- apparently it IS the day to wear it!
