I'm an ENFJ, what are you?

We had a team building session yesterday where we were sliced, diced, poked and probed according to the Myers Briggs Type Indicators. I'm an ENFJ (Extraverted Feeling with Intuition), which (should) mean that I'm:

"Warm, empathetic, responsive and responsible. Highly attuned to the
emotions, needs and motivations of others. Find potential in everyone,
want to help others fulfill their potential. May act as catalysts for
individual and group growth. Loyal, responsive to praise and
criticism. Sociable, facilitate others in a group and provide inspiring
leadership."

So there! It was actually kinda fun. A close colleague and I differ by only one letter, (he's an S, I'm and N), but it's amazing the difference it makes. It was also fun trying to put labels on my family. I've decided that Jeff is probably an INTP. Not entirely sure about the kids, though Peter's almost certainly an I and a J, while Grace is an E and a P, which may explain a lot.

The scary thing, though, is that everyone that buys into this and either studies, writes or teaches about it begins to start all conversations with "Hi, I'm Bill, and I'm an INFP..." It's a little cultish......But, hey, I'm an ENFJ, so it's OK! :)
